I spent $89.00 on 2oxtails, 1cow foot 3 sodas and I think 2orders of Mac&cheese. I got the oxtails rice and peas and steam cabbage, and the rice not good and seems as if the put browning in it to color the rice, the steam cabbage was horrible! It seem as if the same cabbage that they use for the vegetables is the same one they steam absolutely no seasoning and tasted like vinegar in it. And the oxtail had no flavor just extremely salty. The sterns that had the food was not clean food and gravy everywhere. Then I paid with cash a one hundred dollar bill and the machine that supposed to check the money was down so she said she has to go upstairs so I asked u don’t have a Counterfeit pen to use and I was ignored and she went upstairs for about 15 minutes while our food sat on the counter. This place was not always like this, every time I visited Miami this was my spot for me and my family to eat. I use to brag about this place so needless to say I’m VERY disappointed in the FOOD AND THE SERVICE AND WILL NOT RETURN!

My first visit to Dutch pot restaurant…myself and family were catered on the second floor at the top. Ambience is great. Dinner delicious had a variety of meals to suit anyone’s dietary purpose. I would definitely recommend Dutch pot restaurant to visitors that visit Florida.

They don’t move with any urgency. I love Jamaican food, but Jamaican people are rude so if you say anything it will be a problem. Many people left the line because they were on a 30 minute lunch break. My hour lunch was almost up by the time I left and the food is already done. They just move slow as hell and do not care they have people waiting. The positive is the food was good.

After placing my order through DoorDash and sending my elderly father to grab our lunch, he calls to 1st say they don't have our order, but Door Dash has sent the #UrfoodReady text. 2nd, they're treating him like he's begging for food instead of a paying customer! So I screenshot the order with all the info as I listen to the rude clerk dismiss my 70 year old daddy I 2way call and ask for a manager. After being on hold for 14 minutes and my dad on the phone still standing there waiting for our food, I'm fuming! He was so shocked by the lack of kindness, courtesy or professionalism from the staff or the dismissive manager. After 45 minutes, he came back with this dry chicken I couldn't eat, nothing to wash it down, and the echo in my head of how they spoke to and treated my daddy🤬 Dutchpot just be glad I was at work! #NEVER spending my money, time, or voice referring them EVER again! #CustomerServiceSucks #ManagerMadeItWorse
